Before founding High Tech Strategies in early 1992, Warren started two high-tech companies in the Pacific Northwest. Previously, Warren held various management positions in Silicon Valley at Honeywell (Measurex), and most recently as Vice President of Ansyr Technology, which was named “Seattle’s most promising startup” by 250 VC and angel investors. He has also worked as a senior product manager and management consultant to emerging high tech companies; application engineer; and cost analyst at The Ohio Legal Services Fund.
